Inheritance Tax

There are two certainties in this world, death and tax. Unfortunately the death of any loved ones can lead to an unexpected inheritance tax bill if appropriate tax planning has not been undertaken.

We work in conjunction with a law firm who are able to provide a will writing service. Based upon the will and potential value of the estate we can put effective tax planning strategies in place to minimise the potential inheritance tax.

In certain instances we may be able to offer post-death tax planning to limit any IHT. However, this should always be as a last resort and there are strict time limits for such claims.
